I am Jamil Jointer, the proud owner of Protective Arms Security (PAS).

Here is my story

I have been in the security industry for over eighteen years. I had a goal to apply my law enforcement knowledge and military experience to private surveillance. With that, I decided to launch a security guard service in Georgia.

Since launching my business three years ago, the company has grown steadily, and I’ve developed an atmosphere for PAS guards to lead effectively. The guards have the common mission to deliver exceptional service.

Guards positioned in the right place at the wrong times are minimizing crimes far and wide. Once my team is notified of a safety concern, we then provide guards to quickly position themselves to eliminate the danger so business owners can keep their employees and customers safe.

I work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe my core values set me apart. Therefore, I strive to implement professionalism, quality, and responsiveness into every aspect of PAS.

I’m also motivated to do things right, as I enjoy seeing a job well done. So whether the requirement is for luxury store security or foot patrol officers, I strive to render a reliable guard service.

My dependable approach has created praise from my clients, which is rewarding. It also fills me with immense satisfaction to create happy guards who continuously experience career growth.

Self Defense and Hiking

When I’m not arranging security, I love working out, traveling, hiking, and visiting restaurants. I also feel strongly about leadership for our youth and would like to develop a school to guide them in nutrition, self-defense, and trade. I envisage cherry-picking the best leaders to create a family feeling for vulnerable youth who need guidance.
